    Custom timeline creation

    Management of vendor communications 7-10 days prior to event date

    12 hour day of coordination 10:00AM-10:00PM (additional hours of coordination +$100/hr - subject to availability)

    Day of on-site rehearsal choreography (rehearsal prior to the day of is subject to additional charges)

    Access to wedding day preparedness kit (ie, steamer, first aid, vanity supplies)

    Installation of table top decor

    Point of contact for vendors + distribution of gratuity

    Ceremony cueing of music and processional

    Guidance for guests between spaces

    Management of space flip (if needed)

    Releasing tables (if needed) coordinating speeches & first dances

    Moving of gifts & cards to secure location/vehicle

    Tear down/Pack up of your wedding decor (within 12 hour window)

  • $5400 You are ready to get married but planning is just not your thing! I got you. This package will provide you with everything listed under day of coordination plus:

    Vendor recommendation, assistance with selections and coordination

    Agendas, Timelines, Check-lists and Contact Lists

    Reminders of contract details and payment deadlines

    Week of wedding pick up and drop off services

    Unlimited virtual meetings

    Venue walk through and up to 4 in person meetings

  • Seating Chart Production - You assign the seats, I will create your seating chart experience for the guests to find their seat! $125 for buffets, $225 for plated dinners.

    Pick Ups/Deliveries/Returns - $35/half hour +$1.70/mile (no oversized items)

About me.

Hi there, I am Krystal Houseman, let me help you be a guest at your own event.

I work to make sure everything runs smoothly and anticipate the moments that might not.

I worked in corporate events for 10 years before transitioning to weddings and private events after my own wedding. I have a great appreciation for getting to know my clients and their vision for the perfect wedding day! I thrive in keeping all the logistical elements moving and working hard to make sure that everything runs smoothly. I am adapt at trouble shooting when necessary so the couple never needs to know what is happening behind the scenes while they enjoy time with friends and family.

My B.A. Degree from The University of Texas at Arlington is on Theatre Production: Stage Management. I love that all those skills translate so easily into a wedding day! My role for you is to make sure that all the right people get to all the right places at all the right times, and they are in the right fit, well lit and can be heard!
