Parley Lake Winery is pairing up with Locust Lane for our August 12th Frontenac Parley Pairings event. This tasting event will be led by Steve Zeller, winemaker at Parley Lake Winery, and Chad Stoltenberg, executive sommelier from Locust Lane, offering small plates paired with the award winning wines of Parley Lake Winery. Pairings will include tastings of four Parley Lake Winery award-winning wines plus two of Chad's culinary creations for each wine.

Chad Stoltenberg is Executive Sommelier for Locust Lane Vineyards. Chad's focus is to utilize amazing flavors and ingredients while using local ingredients. Locust Lane Vineyards specializes in making foods and ingredients from cold climate grapes available for chefs, home chefs, and anyone who eats.
Chad has prepared an amazing menu for this event with a focus on Frontenac:
- Frontanac Blanc with LLV pesto potato and Gruyere "Frontenac Blanc Cheese Ball"
- Frontenac Gris with an apple/fennel salad & tarragon/verjus dressing and a sweet corn/saffron bisque
- Parley Vu Rose with a benedictine "sandwich" and beet/peach/manchego/almond/verjus salad
- Frontenac with a roasted pepper & celery leaf salad and gralicky beef with tomato sauce
