Syrah

This is medium bodied red wine that has a great caramel mid-palate and interesting finish.  It has a classic Syrah nose and intense flavors that are best approached after an hour of decanting.

The grapes were shipped from California in a 32 degree refrigerated truck and crushed at Parley Lake Winery.

Enjoy this wine with pasta, red meat and/or spicy pork.

Serve it at room temperature.
